I understand what 精製状態の核酸 is, but what's 素精製状態の核酸?? Principally purified nucleic acid??? ちょっとおかしいですよね。
Context:
核酸含有試料としては、全血、血清、尿、喀痰等の生体試料、培養細胞、DNA増幅酵素等の、反応産物や素精製状態の核酸を含む物質等を対象とすることができる。

isolated and purified nucleic acid
Seems plausible! There are a lot of purification techniques but I can't see that this refers to any particular one.

rough extracted nucleic acid
According to my akward Knowledge, it shou be 粗精製。
You may find millions of it in the internet.

purified naked DNA
My guess would be "purified naked DNA", based on the fact that 素 can be used to mean naked or uncovered, and the term "naked DNA" is often used to describe DNA in an unpackaged form.
I don't know if it's correct here though.
All the best,
Calum

If yuzoren was correct with his interpretation, you might want to use the term
"semi purified DNA"
or "partially purified nucleic acid"
or something like that.
Cheers,
Calum
