behaviour is context-sensitive
Is how I would render this confusing formulation, with device in the singular, i.e. device, data and content behaviour is context-sensitive

Sound great, thanks! |

: I agree that this phrase is rather confusing, but--even in spite of my apparent conflict of interest--I honestly can't see how you get "behavior" out of this (unless "agierend" is a typo for "agieren").

: leave off "behaviour", then it's very nice

German term (edited):
agierend auf den Kontext (bezogen)
actively (related) to the context
...is how I understand it. :)
Discussion
Transparent connection of mobile and stationary systems (devices, data and content acting appropriately/in response to the context)
or "... reacting to the context."
