My attempt at the second part: Added value in this area begins during business domain analysis. It continues with solution specification and implementation before ending with ????
I'm not sure how to translate this. Any ideas?

roll-out
"Rollout" is the current jargon term used by organisations for deploying new software etc. to all their end users PCs. I would use it in preference to "deployment" if you really want to use the current jargon, but it means the same thing in reality.
