"Unidades Administrativas (UA): Son definidas por la LOPJ como aquellas que, sin estar integradas en la Oficina Judicial, se constituyen en el ámbito de la Administración de Justicia para la jefatura, ordenación y gestión de los recursos humanos de la Oficina judicial sobre los que se tienen competencias."
I´m hoping to use something that won´t overlap with "jefatura" and "gestión".

I've used this translation in the past where it seemed to fit. "Arrangement" doesn't quite work in this context.
