Participamos activamente en el proceso de reconstrucción de una Empresa. Los desafíos que se nos presentan nos impulsan a crear valor, a transformar la realidad y a generar un impacto positivo sobre nuestro medio ambiente. Nos motiva el hacer.

While I consider that Lucy's "We thrive on making things happen" is an excellent translation in isolation (and cool-sounding at that!), the whole paragraph seems to be creation, imagination and solving problems creatively, so I focused on that.
