Hi everyone,
I have a package generated with Studio 2019. I can perform the translation in 2017, do the QA and everything else. But when I want to generate the return package, I can only get to the step where I have to select files. Only, I do not get any files shown for selection and cannot create the package.
I have done the QA and set the segment status to confirmed. There are no error messages and no missing translations or anything.

While we wait for a better answer, try this: open each of the files, edit one segment in it (e.g. add a space), then save, then edit the segment again (e.g. remove the space), then save, then optionally change the status to translated again, and then try to generate the return package.
How do you normally create a return package?

... the usual way, I assume. I finish the project, klick on the wizard and follow the steps, select the files and say finish. This is the first time this has ever happened and I have never had a client who could not open my return package.
Tried your suggestion but... no joy...

I didn't know there was a wizard. What I do, is I right-click the project in the project and then click "Create Return Package", which leads to a series of dialogs, where I just click Next, Next etc and then Finish. Or... is that the wizard you're talking about?

There is a button in the menu up top. Takes you to the same procedure. So yes, that would be the wizard...
