Studio 2015: "Object reference..." error with Excel worksheet

Dear Colleagues,
I have the same problem for the second time:
I have translated an Excel worksheet. During "Save target as" i get the following error: "Object reference not set to an instant of an object" and there the program stops and I have not managed to get past this.
Anyone of you has an idea what I am doing wrong?
