Interpreting fee into a pharmaceutical audit

Dear colleagues,
I have been invited to interpret during a pharmaceutical audit in the following pair:FR-EN-FR knowing that neither of these languages is my native language. My question would be what would be the rate I should charge per day. The audit will take place in Algeria and last 15 days.
