Sanaa suggested 9pm since some people may have to take the muwaaSalaat from far away. But if 9 pm is too late, we can do it at 7 or 8 pm. Please let me know ASAP if you have a preference. Otherwise, we'll do it at 9pm. Thank you, Michael

I think it will be better to mention the expected period of time during which the meeting is going to be held, before proposing a certain time. Regards

I just mentioned that I hoped the meeting could be ended at 9:00 p.m, or around.......However, it's up to your agreement..My Office Address, again; 116B Tahrir St., Dokki Square..beside Cinema El Tahrir, and also beside the underground metro..ground floor..flat no.
