This phrase occurs in one of the headings of a tax return. The full heading is:
Panel Perhitungan PPh untuk Status PH atau MT

PH means Pisah Harta (Separate Property) and MT means Memilih Terpisah which I think would be translated "Filing Separately"

Under the heading it says the following:
