HMMWV tactical truck operator
Hummer is the civilian version for the military HMMWV vehicle. The term is used in the IDF to denote the military vehicle. Female soldiers often operate them in exercises to simulate enemy vehicles.

Assuming that the CV reader is not interested in military abbreviations, adding the word truck, as I did, will spare them the pain of Googling it to wonder what the job candidate did in her army service. Just the same as if she were a "B-17 bomber pilot".

: I disagree with you since the B stands for Bomber, and saying B-17 Bomber pilot is actually saying: Bomber 17 Bomber pilot.
I also think that as translators it's not our jobs to assume. Nonetheless, your answer minus the word Truck is a good one.
