1. For such terms the medical glossary of Infomed is ideal - see www.infomed.co.il/glossary/g_4231.htm ...
2. Bookmark the Academy terminology databse (http://hebrew-terms.huji.ac.il/MainPage.html). A search for כיל would yeald results from Chemistry glossary (1939) and Microbiology glossary(1994)
