The asker wrote me that she subsequently consulted various patent lawyers and was told the correct term was prior art.

"Prior art" is "yeda kodem" / ידע קודם
"דין קדימה" is actually "Priority Right" or "Right of Priority"

This is easily verifiable by looking at the HE and EN (official versions) of the Patents Law 1967. In particular, Section 17(c)(1)-(3).
