Hebrew term

מזונותיה ומדורה

Hebrew to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Divorce
במעמד סידור הגט, האשה מוותרת על כתובתה, תוספת כתובתה, מזונותיה ומדורה.

I understand the last two relate to food (or alimony) and home (habitation), but how is it translated properly?

My specific problem: this is part of a secular divorce agreement, where the wife actually gets to stay in the house and own it, so how can I not contradict what's said in previous clauses?

thanks, Doron
