First of all Daphi is short for Daphne (Duffy is too much like some cartoon figure or was is it Goovy...?).
Another variation would be: Sure I`m here or certainly I`m here.

It`s not simply "I am here", the word 'כן' emphazises the being there, so in this case, Tristar was right, just not english enough.

If I can say "I do like you" (which I surely don't), it is perfectlty right to say "I do am here".
