it sounds like it's meant positively, so I'd agree with David's "antiquated" or "aged"

here it is described as full-bodied; I have no idea whether this might fit in your context; but it's a starter...

literally, of course, it's 'antiquated/outmoded/old fashioned/ stale'. Maybe 'aged' taste. Very unusual expression, as far as I know, unless it's actually intended to be derogative.
