You might as well omit the "Auflagerungen" as the adjective "h(a)emorrhagic" would imply that already. "Auflagerungen" could also be "deposits" but "blood deposits" seems a bit uncommon in this context.

(in AmE, the "a" in "haemorrhagic" and "faeces" would be omitted)

I´d simply go with "blood in stool" or "blood on stool"
