German term

berufsgenossenschaftliche Heilbehandlung

German to English Medical Medical: Health Care
This is a term which appears at the top of a doctor's letter in a list of the particular types of medicine practised at the surgery (such as Sportmedizin, Akupuntur, Chirotherapie etc.). I know what it means (i.e. that treatment is provided for patients covered by the Berufsgenossenschaften), but I am having difficulty rendering it in English. Any ideas?

treatment covered by workers' compensation

Since it's the workers' compensation board (or employers' liability insurance association) that pays for this treatment it's perhaps better to reformulate this in terms of coverage (as you almost did above). See Google search below for examples.
Note from asker:
Thanks Darrel, that seems like a good solution that doesn't take up too much room. I also just discovered this link, which would appear to back up your suggestion: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Workers'_compensation#Worker.27s_compensation_in_Germany
The link didn't work: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Workers'_compensation#Worker.27s_compensation_in_Germany
Peer comment(s):

agree Monika T. : This is the common term used that is easily understand by English-speaking readers. I would suggest "treatment covered by German workers' compensation (Berufsgenossenschaft)" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Workers'_compensation

Because it's some kind of bullet point, I'm still inclined to shorten it even further: "Workers comp treatment"

therapeutic treatment provided by the Institution for Statutory Accident Insurance and Prevention

I know, it's awfully long but all other translations found i.r.o. Berufsgenossenschaft appear inadequate.
Note from asker:
Thanks Anne-Mette. I think it could also be from more than one institution, because I think there are several.

Sorry, it worked fine when I tried it. Here it is again:

And: ... easily understood, of course! Sorry about the typo!
