Ozone Therapy
From a text about ozone therapy in dentistry - and specifically in this passage, endodontics. I can't find a translation for "Abdichtungstrichter" anywhere, and the word gets no hits on Google, so is obviously obscure or maybe an invention. My best guesses aren't really getting any Google hits either. If all else fails, I'll just translate it literally as sealing funnel, but thought I'd try asking just in case anyone has a brilliant inspiration. This is extremely urgent, so please don't delay too long in answering. At the same time, please try to make a little bit of a case for your guess. TIA for your (hopefully fast) help.

sealing cone
pure suggestion -- a Trichter in this context is anything that reduces the diameter of an a pipe, chute, etc. It would more likely be called a cone in this context than a funnel.
Good luck!

Comment: "Thanks so much for your assistance in my hour of need. I'm not completely sure about this, so will add a proviso to that effect in the glossary, and usually when I'm not sure I only award three points, but you definitely deserve the maximum for answering my call for help! And the suggestion was quite a reasonable one too. So thanks again - really appreciate your help here."
