German to English Medical Medical: Dentistry

This is one of the findings of an orthopantomograph of the lower jaw for a patient with apical periodontitis.

This is how it appears although I suspect some punctuation has been missed out somewhere. In view of the fact that these are X-ray findings, I thought Aufhellung may refer to light areas on the X-ray but don't know how to express this properly if it is the case.
I think WF stands for Wurzelfüllung.
