In an agreement between a composer and a publisher for the publication of the composer's works.

The section in question is dealing with the publisher's rights, and in this particular case, to his right to liquidate stock of the printed music if it does not sell:
Der Verlag ist brechtigt... Lasgerbestaende des Werks aufzuloesen, wenn die Ertreegnisse nicht mehr rechtfertigen (etwaige Erloese aus der Aufloesung sind von einer beteiligung am Notenabsatz ausgenommen).
