The site below has the slogan, "New Zealand Online Dating and Chat". It has sister sites in Australia, Canada and the UK that would presumably have much the same sort of slogan. If the "Partnerbörse" is about more than just dating, maybe you could try incorporating "chat" in there somewhere.

I also thought of using "matchmaking", but a matchmaker is someone who tries to arrange marriages for others. So, "matchmaking" would always have a romantic connotation (it could be used instead of "dating"), but since you said they match people for more than just dating (sports, travel, etc.) the non-romantic part of their service needs to be mentioned...
