German term

an Früchten der Welt

German to English Marketing Food & Drink
This is very urgent and from a menu.
"Himmlisches Erdbeertiramisu an Früchten der Welt"
So far I have "Divine strawberry tiramisu on worldwide fruit" but am not happy with my rendering
Any fast help would be greatly appreciated
TIA Stephen

Discussion

Marga Shaw May 11, 2011:
Caro Maucher May 11, 2011:
Auch wieder wahr...
Coqueiro May 11, 2011:
Caro Maucher May 11, 2011:
@ Marga On German menus, 'an' is just a posh way of saying 'with'. So the Strawberry Tiramisu is made of Strawberries and is served with more or less exotic fruit salad.
Marga Shaw May 11, 2011:
@ Stephen "Himmlisches Erbeertiramisu an Früchten der Welt" sounds very odd in German, particularly "an Früchten der Welt". Is it not "aus Früchten der Welt"? Also, if it is a "Himmlisches Erdbeertiramisu" I would assume that it is made with strawberries. So, where do "an Früchten der Welt" fit in, which I would assume is other fruit from all over the world? However, would it fit to say "divine strawberry created of [strawberry] fruits from all over the world?

on exotic fruits

If this is European, then "fruits of the world" are probably non-European fruits so could be rendered as "exotic fruits".
