German term

Technische Sprays

German to English Tech/Engineering Engineering (general) Welding Spray
"Technische Sprays
für Industrie und Handwerk

Unser Service!
Ihr Vorteil

Qualität
ist durch nichts
zu ersetzen!"

From the cover of a little brochure for welding sprays and similar products.

Although "technical sprays" gets quite a few Google hits, an extremely high number of these seem to be on foreign Web sites, and I have a feeling that, as is so often the case with "technisch", it really means nothing here. "Technical sprays" just does not seem like natural English.

But I'd feel a little better if I could have my gut feeling confirmed. Can I just say "Sprays for industry and trade" and be done with it, or should I try to incorporate the "technisch" in somehow? TIA for your help.

agree roak : Thats precisely what I felt. However it really depends on what they want to emphasize. If they have said something in terms of its composition etc, then perhaps you could incorporate the word tech or engg. However just industrial sprays is also fine.
