: Was ist denn dann Abnahme von 10 mL auf 100 mL? Das waere dann ja eher Zunahme.

Wenn die Abnahme 10ml ist, und es am Schluss noch 100ml hat faengt es wahrscheinlich mit 110 ml an..kommt darauf an wie es weiter geht, vielleicht wird nur 100 ml gebraucht. As pointed out, it is not real clear.

Then it says: Abnahme 10,0 ml auf 100,0 ml Methanol/Wasser (50/50 V/V). Then that's the end of the sentence... there is not continuation to this sentence. Is Abnahme here an imparative as "take ...or something of that nature..?
