Proposed translations
Automation (with control cabinet manufacture)
"Automatisierungstechnik" is just "automation" (you can add "technology" if you want, but in English it's superfluous- in DE it's used at the drop of a hat).
"Schaltschrank" is "control cabinet" whether we are talking about just the box itself or one with all the pretty knobs and stuff fitted to the front face (the control panel).
"Bau" is building or manufacturing which may or may not include the design element.
I would also be inclined to put "(including control cabinet manufacture)"- "with" sounds a bit translated, IMHO.
Automisation Technique(s) (with Switching Board Building)
Anyway, let's see what the others would propose.

Rowan Morrell
: Technik does not mean "technique" here, but rather technology or engineering. Also, Automatisierung is generally automation. Schaltschrank is something like a control box, though switching box might be possible.

Trudy Peters
: switching cabinet for control box. Or control cabinet. I don't like box for Schrank.

Switching cabinet was also suggested by Laixicon, I think. Definitely a possibility. Thanks Trudy.

: I never heard it called a switching cabinet- switchgear cabinet maybe, but not everyday usage. "Control cabinet" is the standard term in my experience.
