(c) the occurrence of any of the following events:
(i) the passing of a resolution for the bankruptcy, insolvency, dissolution, winding up, liquidation of, or other similar proceeding relating to Offtaker;
(ii) the appointment of a trustee, liquidator, custodian, provisional manager, or similar person in a proceeding referred to in paragraph (i) above relating to Offtaker which has not been set aside or stayed within sixty (60) Days of such appointment;
(iii) the making by a court having jurisdiction of an order winding up or otherwise confirming the bankruptcy or insolvency of Offtaker which order has not been set aside or stayed within sixty (60) Days; or
(iv) any event analogous to the events described in the foregoing paragraphs (i) through (iii) above.
