Portuguese term

SoS

Portuguese to English Bus/Financial Transport / Transportation / Shipping subcontracting
Hi, the context is an internal document, in note form, relating to the subcontracting of part of a metro tender. The writer questions whether discussions between various parties indicate that they are interested in X company as a subcontractor:

(Por exemplo, SoS por 1/3 dos bogies e entrega de componentes [...]?).

I'm not sure what SoS could stand for here, any ideas? Sorry I can't give any more context, but this is a confidential document. I've tried to give as much background is necessary.

SoS

I understand that you can't divulge more of the document, but from the way its written, I'm wondering if SoS isn't a company name, after all, if you remove the name, it seems that "X" will be responsible for 1/3 of the bogies (a construction item if I'm not mistaken) and component delivery. Hope it helped.
Note from asker:
Hi Michael, yes, I did wonder that - the trouble is the abbreviation doesn't quite seem to match the company's name. In the end I had to flag my uncertainties on the abbreviation...
