Spanish term

examen médico de retiro

Spanish to English Medical Law (general) pre--employment exams

employment exit medical exam/employment separation medical exam

another idea:

EXIT/SEPARATION: There are two types of exit/separation exams and each has specific requirements:

END OF EMPLOYMENT
END OF EXPOSURE
Exit examinations are designed to assess a worker’s health under very special circumstances. Both types of examinations attempt to assess the relationship of any future medical illness to an occupational exposure. This final assessment serves primarily to identify work-related diseases when medical intervention could potentially arrest disease but is often also used as the basis for future disability claims.

retirement

Without any more information, retirement would be fine. My only question is, why are the two terms together? To have a medical exam for pre-employment and for retirement is rather weird. Hopefully you'll be able to find the answer within the document.
