(H2) Quels sont les pays vers lesquels vous pouvez appeler ?

(H2) Comment appeler en France depuis l’étranger ?
Grâce à la carte SIM internationale prépayée Ortel Mobile, vous pouvez téléphoner et recevoir des appels lorsque vous êtes à l’étranger (les tarifs d’appels depuis l’étranger sont mentionnés dans la rubrique « Tarifs »).
Pour pouvoir passer un appel depuis un pays étranger, vous devez disposer d’un crédit d’appel d’au moins 3 euros. Pensez donc à recharger votre carte avant que votre crédit n’atteigne ce seuil. Vous pouvez bien sûr recharger votre carte SIM prépayée depuis un pays étranger. Pour téléphoner depuis l’étranger pour devez composer 00 suivi du code pays (33 pour la France), puis l’indicatif de zone (sans le premier 0) et le numéro de téléphone.
(H2) Peut-on vous joindre lorsque vous êtes à l’étranger ?
Votre carte SIM internationale prépayée Ortel Mobile vous permet également de recevoir des appels sur le même numéro de mobile, lorsque vous êtes à l’étranger. Vous paierez bien sûr un supplément, car votre correspondant ne sait pas forcément que vous êtes à l’étranger et vous devez donc payer une partie du coût induit par cette communication entrante. Ce coût est automatiquement déduit de votre crédit d’appel. Pour recevoir des appels, vous devez disposer d’au moins 3 euros de crédit d’appel. Vous pouvez facilement recharger votre crédit si nécessaire.
(H2) Comment recharger votre crédit d’appel lorsque vous êtes à l’étranger ?
Pour recharger votre carte SIM internationale prépayée Ortel Mobile depuis l’étranger, vous pouvez toujours utiliser le numéro court 805, ou bien, s’il ne fonctionne pas, appeler le +33 171 087 805 et indiquer votre code de recharge à 16 chiffres. Ce service est payant et vous devez disposer d’au moins 3 euros de crédit d’appel pour pouvoir l’utiliser.

(H2) How to call France from abroad?
Thanks to Ortel Mobile pre-paid international SIM card, you can call and receive calls while abroad (call rates from abroad are mentioned in the « Price » section).
In order to place a call from a foreign country, you must dispose of a minimum of 3 euros call credit. Remember to top up your card before it reaches this threshold. You may of course top up your pre-paid SIM card from abroad. To call from abroad you must dial 00 followed by the country code (33 for France) then the area code (without the first 0) and the telephone number.
(H2) Can you be reached when abroad?
Your Ortel Mobile pre-paid international SIM card allows you also to receive calls on the same mobile number, while you are abroad. You will of course pay a supplementary cost, as your correspondent is not aware that you are abroad and you will have to pay part of the cost generated by the incoming call. This cost is automatically deducted from your call credit. In order to be able to receive calls you must have a minimum call credit of 3 euros. You can easily top up your credit if necessary.
(H2) How to top up your call credit while abroad ?
For toping up your Ortel Mobile pre-paid international SIM card while abroad, you can always dial 805, or else, if this doesn't work call +33 171 087 805 and give the 16 numbers of your top up code. This is a paying service and you must have a minimum call credit of 3 euros to be able to use it.
