Please read the instructions at the training resources [url removed] in the "Certification exams" part. There you will find steps and screenshots to retrieve your courseware at the SDL Trados page.

I complete the Trados on-line course on 22 June 2010 and was instructed that I should receive my exam material in approximately 10 days. I need to know if exam material emailed to my personal email address of [email removed] .

Keep getting the error message Invalid course id. Created a support ticket, got a confirmation they received it and next thing I know they closed it. Link still does not work. Is it supposed to work only after the webinar, or what's up?

Yes, you should have already received the unique access link for the session tomorrow.

Let me just add one more thing for all that use and track this forum: for matters related to payments, access to training sessions and technical issues, I strongly recommend you submit a support request for faster assistance. The support team's office hours are 6:00 - 21:00, Monday through Friday, and requests of this type channeled via support, as you all know, are answered very fast. So, when you are paying last minute specially I suggest you use [url removed] .

Note that you do not need to have SDL Trados software installed on your machine as features will be presented via the trainer’s machine.
