Source text - English Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Culture, the 10th Annual Arab Culture Conference will be held on April 25, 2017. The theme of this year’s conference will be “BUILDING TOMORROW” and will explore initiatives across the region that are currently reshaping the face of our region. The conference proposes several panels that bring together multi-disciplinary leaders to discuss the region’s tomorrow for future generations. The conference will ask how the region and its people can harness its collective power to drive positive change and how can the rising generation of Arabs leverage current and emerging resources to inspire transformation.

تحت رعاية صاحب السعادة السيد وزير الثقافة، سيُعقد في الخامس والعشرين من شهر نيسان لعام 2017 المؤتمر الثقافي العربي السنوي العاشر. حيث سيكون شعار المؤتمر لهذه السنة "بناء الغد" وسيعمل المؤتمر على استكشاف المبادرات العربية التي تسعى لإعادة رسم وجه المنطقة في الوقت الراهن. سيقترح المؤتمر بدوره تشكيل عدة هيئات تضم خبراء في مختلف الاختصاصات وذلك بهدف مناقشة مستقبل المنطقة للأجيال القادمة. وكذلك سيطرح المؤتمر قضايا عدة منها كيفية تسخير الطاقات المشتركة للمنطقة وقاطنيها لتحقيق التغيير الإيجابي، وإمكانية تعزيز قدرة ونفوذ الشباب العربي في الزمان الحالي والاستفادة القصوى من المصادر المستجدة لتحقيق التحول المرجو.

يسرني، وباسم مجلس إدارة الشركة المتخصصة لرعاية الحفلات المساهمة العامة المحدودة، الترحيب بكم بمناسبة عقد الاجتماع الحادي والعشرون لهيئتكم العامة الموقرة، متمنياً لكم التوفيق في تداول وبحث البنود المدرجة على جدول الأعمال.
كما ويسرني أن أعرض على حضراتكم ملخصاً لأهم الأعمال والنتائج التي قامت بها الشركة خلال سنة 2016 بالإضافة إلى تطلعات الشركة المستقبلية لسنة 2017، كما راعت الشركة في هذا التقرير الاستجابة لمتطلبات الإفصاح وحوكمة الشركات المشار إليها في التعليمات الصادرة بهذا الشأن من هيئة الأوراق المالية سواء فيما يتعلق بالإفصاح عن السياسات المالية والمحاسبية والشؤون الأخرى التي نصت تلك التعليمات على مراعاتها والإفصاح عنها.
تركزت أعمال الشركة خلال سنة 2016 بالسوق المحلي في عقد الحفلات الترفيهية والمؤتمرات بمختلف أنواعها. حققت الشركة ربحاً إجمالياً لسنة 2016 بمبلغ 51,733 دينار، وبعد تنزيل الضريبة والمصاريف الادارية والعمومية والاستهلاكات والفوائد والعمولات البنكية، تمكنت الشركة من تحقيق ربحا صافياً بلغ 23,872 دينار. ونتطلع لأن تحافظ الشركة على أدائها خلال سنة 2017 ونأمل أن تحقق أرباحاً أعلى.

On behalf of the company's board of directors for sponsoring the limited public stock parties, I welcome your distinguished public body on the occasion of holding the twenty-first meeting, wishing the success in deliberating and considering the items on the agenda.
It is my utmost pleasure to show you a summary of the most important achievements of the company during 2016,in addition to the company's future aspirations in 2017. Also in this report, the company took into consideration the disclosure requirements and corporate governance that are mentioned in the relevant instructions issued by Securities and Exchange Commission whether it is relevant to disclosure of financial policies, accountancy and other affairs which should be taken into account and disclosed as mentioned in the instructions.
The main focus of the company in the local market during 2016 was on recreational parties and multi-disciplinary conferences. The company made in 2016 a gross profit in the amount of 51.733 Dinars, and after a reduction in the tax , general and managerial expenses, interests and bank commissions, the company was able to make net profit in the amount of 23.872 Dinars . we are looking forward to maintain the company performance during 2017 and make bigger profits .

I am a professional seasoned Arabic-English translator who has great experience in several fields. I am a sworn translator as well. I graduated from English literature Department/ Damascus University in 2011. Added to that, I have an MA degree in translation studies ( simultaneous translation ).I have been working in translation, interpretation and teaching domain for almost 8 years. I worked with many local and international translation companies and clients as well. I always try industriously a professional person seeking a respectful long-term relationship with all my clients I work for. Not to mention, I always put myself in my client's shoes.
