Bio

A recent graduate with Bachelors of International Commerce from UNSW Australia, majoring in Korean Studies and Finance. As part of my studies, I have studied 1 year abroad at Yonsei University in South Korea in 2016-2017. I have also taken relevant translation coursework related to Korean during my studies, translating various texts including news articles, passages, videos and audio files. I have also undertaken a short language course at the Xi'an Jiao Tong University where at the end of the program, I achieved level HSK6 in Mandarin Chinese.

My most work is a voluntary project in 2019 where I performed translation, subtitling, timing and captioning on 8 1.5hr-length Korean variety shows.

I have obtained TOPIK5 and HSK6 language qualifications, with the intent of achieving TOPIK6 if deemed a requirement by any agency/recruiter.
