As a native born Dominican my Spanish is spotless, both in speech and writing. Also, my upbringing has given me the privilege to understand the Hispanic community and their customs. It also has become a key factor in the understanding of phrases, idioms, and many other culture-specific language references. The same goes for my fluency in English both in speech and writing; I am as fluent as can be. While being raised in New York City I was able to grasp and live the American culture, therefore I understand all language references that pertain to the same.

My experience as a bilingual customer service representative, gave me a base line which I’ve carried along my career, delivering best customer service possible to all my clients. In my time working for Language Line Services, I was able to obtain the necessary training to make me a qualified interpreter. There I was also able to gained the experience necessary to expand to other areas and became an expert in the ones I’ve already been working in.

While working with Pacific interpreters I have been able to specialize in the medical field and the different fields within the same. The experience I’ve gained during my time working here has helped me develop an unbiased attitude and keep composure within stressful and emotional situations.
