Is there any way to activate these, so I can add bold, italics, superscript etc?

I've seen that it could be because the client has produced the package in a different edition of Studio, is there a way around it?

What' the original format of the document you’re translating?
We need this info as there are a bunch of filetypes that don’t have formatting, like TXT or XML.
