I’ve been asked to give a quote on a project that has several Excel files.
Many cells have comments, none of which appear in segments in Editor View.
I’d like to know:
-if these comments are included in the wordcount that SDL shows for these files in Reports View;
-if not, if and how I can get SDL to take them into account in Reports View so that I know how long translating them will take me;
-and if and how I can get SDL to show them (directly in the Editor View segments of each file, preferably), so that I don’t have to copy and translate each of them separately – which probably means that I’ll decline the project.
