Hi,

I had a mini task from my client. I was sent the source PPT file and the word count.

I opened the file in Trados 2019. The word count was 1/4 of the client's word count.

Then I opened in Trados 2015 which gave the same word count as client's.

I used default PPT settings in both Trados version.

I could not figure out the reason. 2019 does not show the correct word count. I will have to work in 2015, I guess.

Hello Natalie,

Thank you for the heads up.

For some reason, tinyurl.com and goo.gl did not work for these URLs, but bitly.com did, so I have replaced the original links with the shortened version.
