upgrade from studio 2015 to studio 2019

Good morning

In view to upgrade my old version and reading the FAQ I saw the chance to mantain both the version.

I have STUDIO 2015 freelance and will upgrade to STUDIO 2019 freelance. But how may I mantain both the version if I have to desactivate the licence 2015 to activate the 2019 as I read in the upgrade instructions?

Hi Daria, no, there is no need to deactivate previous versions of Studio. The info about this is a bit confusing.
You will not be able to install your previous Studio version, but you shouldn't deactivate it. I'm absolutely sure.
When installing Studio 2019, you will only have to reprocess your licence in your SDL account page to get the new licence number for Studio 2019. That's really all you have to do. Don't worry!

So if, for example, I have go change my PC, I will not be able to reinstall the old version.

is it right?

Yep, you're right. You would need to reinstall and activate Studio 2015 on the computer you want to use, before updating to Studio 2019.
