The same problem here. Cannot save an almost finished translation, and I've got to submit a part of the translation today.

It still works in Trados 2019 Feb 27, 2019

I am in 2019 working on Trados Studio 2019 and this problem still exists.

However, renaming the problematic file saved the day for me!

Unable to solve this error (Trados Studio 2021) Aug 22, 2021

Hi! I have tried all the suggested potential solutions to this error, which I understand is of the Software. I am unable to confirm and save specific segments of all the files to process. Has any of you found the solution or received a response from SDL?
Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
