Hi there,

my name is Sarah Jane, I am a phd student of lingustics (syntax) at the university of Bielefeld in Germany and I have been working as a freelance translator since 2011. I graduated in translation science in 2013 at the university of Bari, Italy, where I have been living since 2008. I am a native speaker of German, but due to the fact that I live in Italy, I speak Italian quite fluently (level C1).
I am interested in linguistic matters and I am much into translation stuff. I am in favour of a cultural, more than a literal approach, as pragmatical questions should not be neglected.. ;)
