Explanation:
In US law, the memo would not conclude this way, and this would seem awkward.
In US the memo would probably say "Conclusion" and then state the opinion about the notary. Although the IT means "question received," in US legal EN it would be "question presented" which would also be a caption at the beginning.

neutral  Dareth Pray: I agree that a memo would not conclude this way in the US...of course, that could be said about most Italian legal formulations, couldn't it...

  -> I don't know Italy. I started US law school in 1971 and it was a time when many legal conventions and formalities were being discarded for political reasons.
